Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
1. The service
503 Intel ("we," "us") provides a subscription feed that summarizes public actions by state boards of pharmacy, federal agencies and courts that may be relevant to compounding pharmacies. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Not legal or professional advice
503 Intel is an information service. Summaries and "why it matters" notes are general commentary, not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and do not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship. Items are compiled with AI-assisted research and may contain errors or omissions. Always confirm details with the linked source and your own counsel before acting.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure. Each paid subscription is for one individual user unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share your sign-in or resell, republish or redistribute the content in bulk.
4. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts receive one 14-day free trial of full access, starting at first sign-in, with no payment details required. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account keeps headline access. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends. We may offer complimentary access to certain organizations at our discretion.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Manage billing page; access continues through the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape the service in bulk, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content and sources
Source documents belong to the agencies and publishers that issued them. Our summaries, organization and commentary are our property and are licensed to you for your internal business use.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to update the feed every weekday but don't guarantee that every action will be captured or that the service will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
